A direct answer, and what it actually means for your repair.
Appliance Repair Orange County is an independent repair company. We are not authorized, certified, or factory-trained by Sub-Zero, Inc., Wolf Appliance, Inc., or any other manufacturer whose appliances we service, and we're not affiliated with them in any way. We specialize exclusively in out-of-warranty repairs.
What we are: a team of skilled, experienced technicians who work on luxury appliance sealed systems, precision cooking equipment, and electronics every day. That hands-on experience — not a manufacturer certification — is what actually determines whether a repair is done right.
Warranty repairs need to go through the manufacturer's authorized service network to keep that coverage intact. We recommend contacting your appliance's manufacturer directly if your unit is still covered. If you're not sure whether it is, call us — we'll tell you plainly rather than take on work that should go through warranty service.
